FLS2N merupakan ajang kompetisi seni yang diadakan setiap tahun oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan ( Komendikbud ) . Tujuan dan manfaat dari FLS2N adalah sebagai upaya meningkatkan kreativitas dan motivasi peserta didik untuk mengekspresikan diri melalui kegiatan sesuai minat ataupun bakat serta menanamkan dan membina apresiasi dan sastra , khususnya terhadap nilai-nilai tradisi budaya kita . Kompetisi ini meliputi berbagai cabang seni salah satunya yaitu kreativitas musik tradisi .
Pada nomor terakhir Festival & Lomba Seni Siswa Nasional mengangkat tema umum “Merdeka Berprestasi, Seni Menginspirasi”. Hari Rabu 24 mei 2023 bertempat di PENDOPO SURYA GRAHA MAGETAN ajang lomba Kreativitas Musik Tradisi digelar. Lagi-lagi gelar Juara 3 dapat diamankan team Sanggar Laras Lereng Lawu,dengan peserta 12 Sekolah SMPN yang berada di Kabupaten Magetan.
Membawakan lagu yang bertema Gita Pahlawan Nusantara dengan judul Nyawiji yang diisi dengan formasi antara lain Muhammad Andre Saputra , Rubyta Shinta Dewi , Guntur Anugrah Bintang , Imanuel Reynold Thimoty , Nabilla Putri Anggraini dengan didampingi Ibu Suwartini dan Ibu Nencis. Lagu Nyawiji menggambarkan bersatu kita bisa, dengan tindakan kita nyata .Karya ini di buat dari Magetan untuk Indonesia, dari hati cinta sesama manusia, bersatu Nyawiji kita bisa mengalahkan segalanya Salam merdeka,Rahayu,Rahayu,Rahayu. Dengan diiringi alat-alat musik Tradisional seperti Bonang, Kendang,Demung, Slenthem,Gambang,Kecapi , Kentongan,Rebana,Simbal. Dengan Sabar,Ikhlas,Kerja keras dan Pantang menyerah harus terus berlatih untuk melestarikan budaya Jawa agar tidak diambang kepunahan.
